𝐎𝐯𝐞𝐫 𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐠

My name is Alicia, I am 24 years old and the founder of The Nail Factory EU. I have always had a super big passion for nails. In primary school I was already busy with nail polish and different types of nail art. At the age of 13 I started putting gel nails on myself, and when I was 16 I started with acrylic nails on myself. Then I knew for sure that this was what I wanted to do forever. Unfortunately I was very afraid of the opinion of others and it was only at the age of 19 after years of working on myself that I made the decision. I started putting nails on other people. I had completed my education and first started practicing on friends. After a few months I started working on strangers. This all went so well that in just under a year I was only working as a nail stylist.

In the meantime, I have also participated in competitions and have taken various courses to continue growing. At one of my courses, I was even asked to teach. I gave the complete basic training there (manicure, gel polish, BIAB, gel and acrylic gel). Here I discovered that my passion for teaching is super big and that is why I chose to teach from my own salon. My goal while teaching is to ensure that all my students receive the right theory and practice and receive a real qualitative training of several days. So that they can get started as a nail stylist with the right information, and can apply beautiful nails of quality!

I still enjoy teaching and it was time for the next step. Namely, launching my own products. I wanted to create quality products and I can say that I succeeded. From a base coat for perfect adhesion to a top coat that still shines beautifully after 4 weeks. In my salon, I work with pleasure every day with my own brand. And I plan to launch many more products.
